This error message indicates that SwiftView was able to find a license, but the hostname does not match the PC name (for single-user licenses) or the network name. This usually happens when the user changes hardware and copies the old license to their new machine. It can also happen if the wrong license is placed in the SwiftView directory.
To resolve this issue:
Contact Licensing@PAPERBOS.com with the name of the new & old PC/network.
