Filename is not a valid win32 application

This issue is usually caused by an incorrect file association. The most common culprit is associating file types with svinst.exe instead of sview.exe, or with the SwiftView shortcut in the SwiftView directory.

To resolve this issue:

Associate the file type you are trying to open with sview.exe.

  1. Click the Start button
  2. Click on Default Programs
  3. Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program

  4. Locate the file type in question under the Name column
  5. Select the file type and click the Change program button

  6. Select SwiftView from the recommended programs.

    1. If SwiftView does not appear, click the Browse button
    2. Navigate to the SwiftView directory
    3. Select sview.exe
    4. Click Open
