This error can occur when the user views a locally stored file using an older version of SwiftView on Firefox 37. Clicking OK will cause the message to disappear and the document will display normally.
To resolve this issue:
Upgrading to SwiftView 9.0.2.2+ and newer versions of Firefox should eliminate this error message.
