If the SwiftView browser plugin attempts to view a file that is not on a licensed website, or is not stamped with its own license, then an error message will appear for 30 seconds before the user can access the document.
If this error occurs when attempting to view a document on a website, then the license may have been moved or corrupted. Please have the website administrator contact Licensing@PAPERBOS.com to resolve this issue.
If this error occurs when attempting to view a stamped document, then the file has either been corrupted, or was not properly stamped. Please have the document creator contact Support@PAPERBOS.com to resolve this issue.
