PORTLAND, Or, – May 19, 2004 – SwiftView Inc. has named Larry Oberhaus to the newly created position of major accounts manager. Based in Long Beach, Calif., Oberhaus represents the company's SwiftSend LoanDocsŪ solution serving large lenders in the southwestern United States.

A technology and mortgage industry veteran who has helped more than 200 mortgage companies automate their operations, Oberhaus comes to SwiftView from loan management solution provider Provantedge Technologies, where he served as vice president, sales and marketing for nearly three years. Oberhaus began his mortgage industry career with an eight-year stint as senior sales representative for INTERLINQ Software Corporation, now a subsidiary of Harland Financial Solutions. Subsequent to that, he served as western regional sales representative for Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector Group, also serving large lenders. Oberhaus has presented at numerous mortgage industry events and has published articles on topics ranging from mortgage technology and automated underwriting, to business-to-business Web connectivity and decisioning technology.
