PORTLAND, Or, – Dec. 19, 2003 – To accommodate growth and accelerate adoption of its SwiftSend LoanDocsŪ
electronic document management and delivery solution, SwiftView, Inc., has expanded its management team and relocated
to larger facilities in Portland, Ore.
New corporate Program Manager Dewey Kelly works with SwiftView's larger customers in the lending industry to help
them utilize SwiftSend to streamline business processes. New Marketing Manager Kacey Baxter manages the development
and execution of SwiftSend marketing campaigns and sales materials. Kelly and Baxter recently moved with the entire
SwiftView team to new office space at 15605 SW 72nd Avenue in the Oregon Business Park. The 10,000 square-foot space
is nearly three times larger than SwiftView's former headquarters and will be able to accommodate continued corporate
growth.
"As more lenders choose SwiftSend to enhance their workflow processes, we've needed to expand our team in order to
be able to maintain the technology leadership and high level of service we value as a company and that our customers have
come to expect," said SwiftView, Inc., President Steve Bachelder. "Dewey and Kacey already have had a positive impact on
our sales and marketing efforts, thanks to their depth of experience in the technology and financial services industries,
and their ability to quickly get up to speed with our customers and their particular business issues.
"Our rapid growth over the past few years had us literally elbow-to-elbow in our old offices," continued Bachelder.
"It's nice to finally be able to spread out in new facilities that will enable us to expand our business into the future."
In addition to his role as liaison between SwiftView and some of the company's larger customers and strategic partners,
Kelly also develops procedures and processes that enable customers to more quickly increase revenue with SwiftSend. Prior
to joining the company, Kelly was principal of Kelly Associates, his own international marketing consulting firm. A
graduate of Lewis and Clark College with 13 years of marketing experience, Kelly has held such additional positions as
vice president, marketing services for New Zealand-based Telemedia Networks International, Ltd.; director, marketing
communications and director, value-added internet services for eFusion, Incorporated; and manager, marketing
communications and publications for Portland-based Atlas Telecom.
Baxter coordinates SwiftView's trade show appearances, develops sales and marketing collateral, oversees public
relations, and manages a variety of other marketing activities. Baxter brings to SwiftView extensive marketing
experience in the financial services industry, specifically with credit unions. Past positions held by Baxter include
marketing manager and phone branch manager for Safeway Northwest Central Credit Union; marketing coordinator for
Oregon Metro Federal Credit Union; and credit manager for Norwest Financial. A graduate of Linfield College, Baxter
also attended several schools within the Credit Union National Association and received six credit union industry
marketing awards from 1999-2003.
