TUALATIN, Or. – Oct. 16, 2003 – SwiftView, Inc., today announced the availability of a new feature set and several product enhancements in its latest release of SwiftSend LoanDocs®, the company’s Web-based enterprise solution that streamlines the document management and delivery process for financial institutions.   SwiftSend’s new Quality Control Plus feature set enhances quality assurance throughout the lending process and will be available to all SwiftSend customers in December.

Quality Control Plus includes components that enable internal review of documents before they’re electronically sent to recipients, thus improving quality, increasing customer satisfaction, and dramatically reducing redraw costs.  Key features include Pending Box, which holds documents for internal review before sending; Creator/Reviewer Rights, which establishes any user as a document creator, reviewer or both; Rejection Notification, which enables reviewers to reject documents and provide comments directly back to document creators; and Rejection Report, which provides real-time reports of all rejected documents.   This robust feature set enhances workflow efficiency and provides easy measurement of employees’ accuracy and productivity.
