PORTLAND, Or.- August 25, 2003 - SwiftView, Inc., a rapidly growing developer of electronic document delivery software and services, has named Todd Moncrief as its new director of business development.   Moncrief is responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships in order to increase market share for the company’s SwiftSend LoanDocs Web-based document delivery service.

With more than ten years of experience in mortgage lending and technology solutions, Moncrief brings to his post a proven track record in building successful business relationships and integrating best-of-breed technologies.

Most recently, Moncrief was production support and integration coordinator for Mortgagebot, a leading provider of Internet-based loan origination solutions for the mortgage industry.  Prior to that, he served as business analyst for information management systems and services provider Fiserv (Nasdaq: FISV) for four years.  He analyzed and coordinated development for eCommerce products that facilitated integration to third party service providers for Fiserv’s easyLENDER loan software products. One of the founders of Approvedbuyer.com, Moncrief also served as executive vice president for a Florida-based mortgage firm.   He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida, and has an extensive background in technology.
