PORTLAND, Or.- January 6, 2003 - SwiftView, Inc., announced executive promotions, additions, and restructuring.   Effective January 1, 2003, Steve Bachelder, formerly VP marketing and business development, will become president, while company co-founder Randy Prakken, formerly president, will become VP, products and operations.  As announced on December 30, 2002, Donna Schultz has joined SwiftView as VP, marketing.   All three executives will work out of the SwiftView corporate office in Tualatin, Oregon.
