PORTLAND, Or.- November 18, 2002 - SwiftView, Inc. announced it has upgraded SwiftSend LoanDocs™, further enhancing
the usability, administrative control and management functionality of the web-based electronic document delivery service. The
ongoing improvements make transmission of closing documents even simpler, increasing productivity and reducing errors
and support requirements.
"We are committed to rapidly advancing SwiftSend LoanDocs technology in response to requests from our mortgage customers
and will continue to address these needs in the future," says Randy Prakken, president of SwiftView, Inc. "Users
will save time and reduce errors with address book integration and alerts when recipients write comments. Supervisors
can better manage their SwiftSend transactions with permanent archives, XML-based reports, and the ability to automate
default values. And for our many customers with branches/partners, aliases and sub-group billing will preserve
the sub-group's identity and simplify accounting."
The new upgrade to SwiftSend LoanDocs includes a number of new features, including:
Supervisory Efficiency and Compliance
· DVD Archive is a compact, permanent record of supervisory reports with interactive links, including documents; one
archive covers one month of transactions. DVD Archive is a subscription service with a fee.
· XML-based reporting speeds generation of supervisor reports and minimizes impact on system performance with no IT
help
Administrative Control and Flexibility
· Aliases and Branch billing allow administrators to give each branch or partner its own identity. New
invoicing optionally subtotals by branch/division, simplifying accounting.
· Automation of defaults: workgroup administrators can now define default email cover letters, and default return
receipt and login procedures, all of which improve user's productivity
User Productivity
· Comment notification alerts document processors when recipients write a comment · Address book uploading reduces
typos and improves productivity by simplifying email addressing
