PORTLAND, Or.- September 30, 2002 -
SwiftView, Inc., today announced innovative new lower price brackets for its SwiftSend LoanDocs web-based electronic
document delivery service based on page counts and number of recipients. The new pricing model makes it very
economical to extend the productivity benefits and features of SwiftSend to many more loan-related documents, such as
disclosures, Good Faith estimates, lock-ins, title orders, partial redraws, and more. It also makes it feasible
to send documents to long lists of recipients - like a rate sheet to 50 addresses for about $4.00 - so there's no
longer a need to send broadcast faxes or emails and wonder if the right person got it.

"We introduced these pricing models to better accommodate users who want to SwiftSend a variety of documents, assuring
document integrity, security, and verifiable proof of delivery, which emailing and faxing can't provide," says Randy
Prakken, president of SwiftView, Inc. "We also developed page-counting technology so that we could bill by the page,
which the user can know before sending. Others price small documents based on byte size, which can vary hugely depending
on the software application or graphical elements like logos, so what you think will cost 50 cents might turn out to be
$5.00 instead."
Prakken added that "the new pricing is a response to customers who were already using SwiftSend for many of these
smaller document types, and requested rates that could enable them to use it for even more. There is no question
it gives lenders the opportunity to streamline their entire document process and take even more time off the loan closing
cycle, while enhancing security and control. We believe SwiftSend's tremendous growth - 75 new accounts over the
summer - will be further accelerated as a result."
