PORTLAND, Or.- March 11, 2002 SwiftView, Inc. announced an upgrade to SwiftSend
LoanDocs, the web-based electronic document delivery service that transmits closing documents in minutes, eliminating printing,
mailing and faxing of paper loan packages. Also available as a turnkey server product, SwiftSend LoanDocs now offers greater
administrative and reporting capability, as well as numerous usability improvements that speed and simplify use and adoption,
reducing support requirements.
"Because of the rapid acceptance of SwiftSend LoanDocs in the mortgage industry, where people send lots of
documents every day, we've changed how the system is designed," says Randy Prakken, president of SwiftView, Inc. "For
users, an improved Outbox makes it easier to add new recipients, see delivery status, access recipients' comments, and
change properties like sign-in and return receipt. We've also improved SwiftSend's compatibility with a wide
variety of email systems that don't allow clickable links. For administrators, we've made management, monitoring and
reporting tools even more useful. And to assure the easiest adoption , we've hired more technical support specialists to
assist new users."
SwiftSend LoanDocs lets you print from any loan origination system directly to the closing table with:
- Zero startup cost
- PackageBuilder that easily combines multiple documents from any Loan Origination System or Windows program into one
package
- Document Previewing/Viewing for quality assurance anytime during the process
- True Return Receipt™ - confirms when a document was viewed
- Outbox to easily monitor return receipts, send to new recipients, etc.
- Supervisor Reports - real-time HTML and Excel reports on delivery status, etc.
- Passwords/Encryption that provide real security to meet financial industry compliance standards
