PORTLAND, Or.- March 11, 2002 - SwiftView, Inc. today announced SwiftSend Gateway, an optional component for
SwiftSend LoanDocs that will enable users on networks that print from a dedicated server to access SwiftSend's web-based
electronic document delivery service. SwiftSend Gateway will also let users more flexibly deliver closing packages from
large volume batch processing loan origination systems (LOSs). SwiftSend Gateway will be released in late May and in
keeping with SwiftSend's pricing policy, will have no start-up cost
"SwiftSend's unique ability to install printer drivers on everyone's desktop ensures wide use by loan companies of
all sizes," says Randy Prakken, president of SwiftView, Inc. "However, certain system configurations that have large
shared servers preclude this approach. The Gateway emulates a local printer and provides a web user interface. Users
simply "print" to the Gateway and it uploads the package to the SwiftSend Loandocs website through a secure connection."
SwiftSend Gateway users enjoy all the benefits of SwiftSend LoanDocs that no other product or service offers, including:
- True Return Receipt™ - confirms when a document was actually received, i.e, viewed or printed
- Outbox to easily monitor return receipts, send to new recipients, and more, without having to involve IT
- Document Previewing/Viewing for Quality Assurance by sender or recipient
- Supervisor Reports - real-time HTML and Excel reports on production and delivery status, etc.
- Zero start-up cost
