(Nasdaq:FISV) has announced plans to enhance its easyLENDER loan origination and processing software by incorporating electronic document-processing technology from SwiftView®, Inc. The new capabilities will be offered to easyLENDER clients as an optional add-on product called easySENDER", which will enhance the document handling and printing capabilities of Fiservs easyLENDER software.

This implementation of SwiftView technology gives our easyLENDER software improved functionality and helps our clients reduce their document handling, printing, and shipping costs,” said Michael Jackman, President of Fiserv’s easyLENDER Group. “Documents created with easySENDER are small, portable, easy to manage, can be viewed on any PC, and can be easily and rapidly delivered via the Internet.”

easyLENDER clients will use easySENDER to transform loan documents and reports into secured, electronic packages that can be distributed via Internet e-mail. Users can mix legal- and letter-sized documents in the same print package, print on a variety of printers, and more; while preserving the documents’ original, user-defined print order.

easyLENDER clients can use easySENDER to accelerate and simplify the lending process by distributing loan documents electronically via Internet-based e-mail. easy SENDER is currently slated for initial release in the first quarter of 2001.

easyLENDER even tracks the sending of a completed document package through its existing document and task tracking function. easySENDER enables clients to electronically prepare and deliver:

· Industry-standard loan documents from Greatland Corporation or VMP®

· Custom documents developed with form-design tools such as Greatland’s Powe Merge® or VMP’s I-32 technology

· User-defined custom documents created with Microsoft® Word.

easySENDER streamlines the document delivery process, preserves the order sequence of document sets, protects mission-critical data with secure and encrypted password protection, and enables on-screen ‘WYSIWYG’ print preview of all documents by the recipients.

easyLENDER and easySENDER will be among Fiserv’s featured products at the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBAA) 87th Annual Convention, to be held on October 29-31, 2000 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. Fiserv will be at booth #806.
