SwiftView is licensed software.
Either you or your document provider (e.g. the one who emailed you a file or let you view a file on their website, and sent you here to get SwiftView) must be licensed.
If your document provider wants you to use the latest release, they should supply it to you directly.
Or you can install a popular release here.
If you have questions about which version to use, please contact your document provider.
If your document provider is not licensed, you will need to
purchase your own Viewer license - or encourage your document provider to purchase a license for document distribution.
