How To Purchase a License

All SwiftView licenses are generated to order for the ordering company. Without the proper information, we cannot ship your product. Please see the requirements below. If you would like a written quote, please contact our sales department by phone (800-304-5941 press 2 or 971-223-2600 press 2), fax (971-223-2601) or email. We will normally email your product within 2 business days of receiving the information below and payment arrangements.

SwiftView Single-User Workstation and Application Server license purchase requirements

This license is locked to each licensed computer. Please supply the following information, which we need in order to create the license:

Legal company name of licensee (company who will use SwiftView).
Billing address and shipping address.
Email address and contact name for shipping purposes.
The operating system type (Windows/Linux/Solaris, etc.).
If Unix, the operating system version of each licensed computer.
The exact computer/host name of each licensed computer. For example, if you buy 5 licenses, we will need 5 computer names. How to determine your computer name.

SwiftView LAN License purchase requirements

We cannot generate the license without the following information:

Legal company name of licensee (company who will use SwiftView).
Billing address and shipping address.
Email address and contact name for shipping purposes.
Operating system(s) that end users of SwiftView use.
The name of the LAN file server(s) where the LAN license file will be installed.

How to determine your LAN file server name

The number of ethernet segments in your LAN.
The number of physical computers supporting each file server where the LAN license file will be installed.

SwiftView WAN License purchase requirements

We cannot generate the license without the following information:

Legal company name of licensee (company who will use SwiftView).
Billing address and shipping address.
Email address and contact name for shipping purposes.
The full URL path to the directory on the intranet website where the license file and installers will be placed. See WAN licensing details.
Approximate number of users with access to your WAN.
Approximate number of ethernet segments in your WAN.

We cannot generate the license without the following information:

Legal company name of licensee (company who will use SwiftView).
Billing address and shipping address.
Email address and contact name for shipping purposes.
Any website accessible on the Internet requires the Internet Website license. If you are unsure whether you need Internet access to your documents, please email SwiftView sales
The root URL of the website to be licensed. See website licensing details.
